Refund policy
At Origami.me, we want you to feel confident about what you buy. This policy covers purchases made in this store. It sits alongside our full Refund Policy, and individual products may have their own terms which take precedence for that product. For the Educator Library, see the Educator Library Terms of Use.
Your statutory right to cancel
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have a statutory right to cancel most purchases within 14 days.
For digital content, that right ends once we begin supplying the content, provided you have given your express consent to immediate supply and acknowledged that you lose the right to cancel. Where you have not given that consent, your right to cancel is unaffected.
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under the laws that apply to your purchase.
Digital products and access
Everything sold in this store is digital: printable PDF instructions, and licensed access to the Educator Library. There is nothing to ship and nothing to return.
These purchases give you immediate access, so the statutory right to cancel described above applies in the way set out there.
If a file or your access does not work as it should, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
What a refund does to your licence
If a refund is issued, or a payment is reversed or charged back, any licence granted with that purchase ends and access is withdrawn. Files downloaded before that point are no longer covered by a licence and should not be used further.
