This store is operated by Kuma Lab LLC, which also operates origami.me. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, to our Terms of Use, and to our Refund Policy.
What we sell here
Digital products only: printable origami instruction PDFs, and licensed access to the Educator Library. Nothing is shipped.
Your licence
Buying a product grants you a licence to use it, not ownership of it. Our tutorials, diagrams, photographs and written instructions remain the intellectual property of Kuma Lab LLC or of the credited designers, who are paid for their work.
You may not resell, redistribute, or share the files you receive, or use them commercially, unless your licence expressly says so.
The Educator Library is sold under its own licence, which sets out what educators and institutions may do with it. Those terms take precedence over these for that product.
Pricing and availability
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change. Where a launch or founding price is offered, it applies to orders placed while it is shown.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Shopify. We do not store or have access to your payment card details.
Liability
Origami involves paper-folding techniques that are generally safe, but we are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of our instructions. Our products are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kuma Lab LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Nothing here limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under the laws that apply to your purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, matching our Terms of Use. This does not deprive consumers of the protection of the mandatory laws of their own country of residence.
